Cilia Floresová, celým vlastním jménem, Cilia Adela Flores de Maduro je venezuelská právnička a politička. Je manželkou prezidenta Venezuely Nicoláse Madura, čímž zastává roli první dámy. Od roku 2015 je poslankyní Národního shromáždění Venezuely. V letech 2006 až 2011 byla jeho předsedkyní a zastupovala svůj domovský stát Cojedes. V roce 2017 vzniklo Ústavodárné národní shromáždění, v němž je členkou prezidentské komise.
