The board began reviewing the Borlänge case after 29 September and requested records from election authorities.
The prosecutor formally notified a named person of suspicion of a crime.
Mohamed Abdukardir Ali requested leave from the Riksdag and a substitute temporarily took his seat.
The board ruled on a rerun of the election in Dalarna, either ordering or rejecting it.
Left Party leader Nooshi Dadgostar commented publicly on the suspicion.
