Puntland, dlhý tvar Puntlandský štát v Somálsku, je neuznaný de facto autonómny štát v rámci štátu Somálsko. Nachádza sa v strede Somálska, na Africkom rohu. Bol vyhlásený v roku 1998. Sám seba nepovažuje za štát samostatný, ale len štát autonómny v Somálsku a snaží sa dosiahnuť faktické opätovné zjednotenie Somálska. Hlavné mesto je Garoowe, počet obyvateľov je asi 3,9 milióna. Úradný jazyk je podľa ústavy somálčina, podľa webových stránok vlády aj arabčina.
