Hungary's Constitutional Court is handling the end of President Sulyok's term. Fidesz is running into a rule it wrote itself
On Monday the court assesses three points of the 17th amendment. Fidesz challenged them — yet since a change Fidesz itself pushed through in 2013, the court is barred from reviewing the content of amendments.
