Horný Ohaj je vesnice a bývalá samostatná obec na Slovensku, od roku 1975 část města Vráble v okrese Nitra. Nachází se po obou stranách řeky Žitavy, 2 km severovýchodně od centra Vráblů, 22 km jihovýchodně od Nitry a 110 km severovýchodně od Bratislavy. V roce 2021 zde žilo 703 obyvatel.
