American actor and martial arts master Chuck Norris has died at the age of 86. The news was confirmed by his family via social media on Friday, March 20, 2026. Norris collapsed during training on the Hawaiian island of Kauai on Thursday and was taken to hospital, where he ultimately succumbed to his health problems. Despite his serious condition, he reportedly remained in good spirits and passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loved ones. topky.sk ↗ seznamzpravy.cz ↗
In the final days of his life, the actor was looking forward to the future. Just a few days earlier, he had posted a photo with the caption "I'm not getting older," expressing gratitude for his good health. As recently as a week before, he had still been actively training, which made his sudden passing all the more surprising to his colleagues and the millions of fans around the world. During his life, he faced several personal losses. Two years ago he lost his mother, Wilma Norris Knight, and shortly before his death he experienced further health burdens. diva.sk ↗ super.cz ↗
The actor became famous above all as Cordell Walker in the cult series Walker, Texas Ranger, and in numerous action films. Before his film career, he was a six-time world karate champion. His son Dakota and other family members took part in honoring his legacy. World-famous actors such as Sylvester Stallone and Jean-Claude Van Damme published touching memories of their longtime colleague. Despite his legendary jokes, which became an internet meme, Norris always wished to be remembered as a martial arts master, a philanthropic man, and a father with a big heart full of love. diva.sk ↗ zeny.iprima.cz ↗
