What Europe Is Writing About: Russia Struck Energy Infrastructure After Ceasefire, Riyadh Hit a Second Time, Glucksmann Wins Primaries

Donald Trump announced an "energy truce" between Russia and Ukraine on Sunday. Zelensky said he hadn't known about it, Moscow did not confirm it, and Russian missiles hit a heating plant in Kharkiv that very evening. Riyadh airport suffered its second strike in two days, and Saudi fighter jets responded with an airstrike on Sanaa airport. In France, centre-left candidate Raphaël Glucksmann won the primary in the first round. Since then, two more things have emerged: in Germany, SPD leader and Labour Minister Bärbel Bas resigned, and the Kremlin reacted to Trump's words about replacing the Ukrainian president.
