Michael O'Leary je irský podnikatel, od roku 1994 CEO společnosti Ryanair. Patří k nejbohatším lidem v Irsku. Jeho majetek byl v roce 2018 odhadován na 1,1 miliardy amerických dolarů. V letech 1988 až 1994 působil jako finanční ředitel společnosti Ryanair.
