Majstrovstvá sveta v ľadovom hokeji 2019 boli 83. majstrovstvá sveta v ľadovom hokeji, ktoré sa konali na Slovensku v mestách Bratislava a Košice v dňoch 10. až 26. mája 2019. Slovensko bolo jedným z možných kandidátov spolu so Švajčiarskom, ktoré sa 12. januára 2015 vzdalo kandidatúry. Na Slovensku ide v poradí o druhé majstrovstvá sveta, ktoré prebrali štafetu od Dánska, ktoré organizovalo majstrovstvá sveta v máji 2018 v mestách Kodaň a Herning. O pridelení organizácie turnaja rozhodla Medzinárodná hokejová federácia IIHF 15. mája 2015, počas konania MS 2015 v Prahe a Ostrave.
Na MS 2019 sa vďaka postupu Veľkej Británie predstavili všetky krajiny, ktoré niekedy získali titul majstra sveta.
