Česká pirátská strana je česká středová až středolevicová liberální politická strana založená v roce 2009. V letech 2021–2024 byla součástí kabinetu Petra Fialy, do něhož vstoupila v koalici Piráti a Starostové. Poté, co prezident republiky v září 2024 odvolal vicepremiéra, ministra a pirátského předsedu Ivana Bartoše na návrh premiéra, strana vládu opustila. Předsedou strany je od roku 2024 Zdeněk Hřib.
