Emfyzém pľúc alebo rozdutie pľúc je trvalé, abnormálne rozšírenie dýchacích ciest periférne od terminálnych priedušničiek (bronchiolov), spojené s poškodením pľúcneho tkaniva, čo má za následok nadmerný obsah vzduchu v pľúcach. Po strate pľúcneho tkaniva vznikajú cysty, tzv. buly, ktoré sú vyplnené vzduchom. Ochorenie je veľmi často následkom chronického zápalu priedušiek, súhrnný názov pre obe diagnózy je chronická obštrukčná choroba pľúc.
