Colorado Avalanche, considered one of the best teams in the league, thus fell victim to a dominant performance by Vegas. Vegas played the clinching game at home and firmly secured its series victory. The second Czech player, Martin Nečas, who plays for Colorado, failed to change the course of the series, despite recording an assist in the final game. sport.sk ↗ sport.cz - hokej ↗
This result means the Golden Knights will play in the Stanley Cup final. At least one team with Czech participation, in the form of Tomáš Hertl, will thus be represented in the championship. The finalist's opponent is not yet known and will be determined by the other Western Conference semifinal. Vegas's advancement underscores the quality of its preparation and performance in the most important part of the season. idnes.cz ↗ Tagesspiegel ↗
