According to Rockit, Agostinelli was "a king without a crown, because he never let himself be dressed up in proclamations and advertising" — and at the same time a prince who brought indie to Italy with a radiant heart and turned the sound of Pavement into something of his own, gentler and more coastal. Yuppie Flu come from the Marche region and belong to the first wave of Italian bands who, since the nineties, have sung in English and aligned themselves with American lo-fi indie. Their previous albums Toast Masters and Days Before the Day remain reference records for the Italian scene to this day.
