The Regional Prosecutor’s Office responded to his statement that he had withdrawn the proposal because he had lost confidence in the court and in the prosecutor’s procedure. The prosecutor’s office says the prosecutor caused no obstruction in the case. domov.sme.sk ↗

The case concerns a request to change the level of security during the serving of a sentence. Ondrejčák originally requested transfer to a milder regime, but after the withdrawal of the proposal, the court is no longer to deal with this request in its original scope.

Further developments will depend on the procedural steps after the withdrawal of the proposal was delivered to the Bratislava I Municipal Court.
