According to preliminary results, Vallo won with a significant lead. An exit poll after the polling stations closed already indicated that the current mayor would defend his post. Vallo ran with the support of the Team Bratislava, Progresívne Slovensko, Sloboda a Solidarita and Demokrati parties. aktuality.sk ↗
After the results were announced, Jozef Ráž thanked the voters, supporters and his team. He stated that he had done his utmost for a better Bratislava. He later admitted that he did not know whether he would run for such a candidacy again, but according to available statements he does not regret running. STVR (Minúta po minúte) ↗
