- Greenland doesn't want EU membership even after a billion-euro offer. Slovak and Czech media don't have the second half of the story: they covered the 200-million-euro agreement itself, but not Prime Minister Nielsen's statement on membership. The distinction is crucial — Nuuk wants partnership and wants to strengthen it, but rejects EU membership. Yet it says more about the limits of European soft power than any summit — Greenland left the European Economic Community back in 1985 over fishing, and that reason hasn't disappeared.
- Territorial dispute as a trade lever. Israeli minister reached for Argentina's agenda, which Milei had opened three days earlier and Trump indirectly supported. These are three separate stories from three continents that wire services publish separately — yet together they form a coalition against Britain's position.
- Two attorneys general fell in one day. The difference is in the mechanics: in Ukraine it was exposed by an anti-corruption agency set up as a condition of Western aid, in Iceland by internal oversight in a country that doesn't have such an agency.
