Waldemar Żurek is a Polish politician, lawyer, former judge, and the Minister of Justice and Prosecutor General in the Third Cabinet of Donald Tusk, following the cabinet reshuffle announced on 23 July 2025. From 2010 to 2018, he was a member of the National Council of the Judiciary.
