Hlavný oltár Dómu svätej Alžbety v Košiciach, zasvätený svätej Alžbete Uhorskej, patrí medzi najvýznamnejšie pamiatky stredovekého gotického umenia na Slovensku. Bol vyhotovený v rokoch 1474 – 1477. Má tieto rozmery:výška 12,60 m
