She sang part of the performance while seated. When she stood up, she occasionally held onto the microphone stand for safety — otherwise, according to concert witnesses, she looked well and radiated her usual energy. "Your favor, energy, and kind personal meetings are always the greatest reward for me," she told the audience afterwards. Nový Čas ↗
Cerebral aneurysm and fall from stairs

The comeback started in Třeboň, not Pezinok
Slovak media described the Pezinok performance as a return to the stage. More precisely, the comeback began in spring and Pezinok was the first Slovak stop. She gave her first concert after surgery on May 1st at the J. K. Tyla Theatre in Třeboň, the second three weeks later in Jindřichův Hradec. She had previously postponed April dates to June to have more time to recover. Jindřichohradecký deník ↗She has been performing regularly since May. Her daughter, singer Lenny, also confirmed in early June that she had returned to performing. Super.cz ↗
Guitarist who also sings in Breton
Filipová grew up in a musical family — her father was an opera singer and actor, her mother a music education teacher. A guitar stood leaning against the wall at home. "Music is my partner. It holds me up when I don't know what to do," she often says. Dobré noviny ↗She studied classical guitar first at the Prague Conservatory and then at the Academy of Music in Paris, and pursues it in the Concertino project — from Vivaldi and Bach to contemporary composer Milan Tesař. Among her most famous songs is the duet Mosty with Karel Zich from 1980, a Czech version of the hit Lost in Love by the group Air Supply. The music was composed by Graham Russell, the Czech lyrics were written by Michal Bukovič.
