Ing. Jiří Rusnok je český ekonóm a politik. Od apríla 2001 bol posledným z troch ministrov financií sociálno-demokratickej vlády Miloša Zemana, v nasledujúcej koaličnej vláde Vladimíra Špidlu bol do apríla 2003 ministrom priemyslu a obchodu. Po konflikte so Špidlom a odchode z politiky pôsobil o. i. ako prezident Asociácie penzijných fondov. V utorok 25. júna 2013 ho prezident Českej republiky Miloš Zeman vymenoval za premiéra a poveril zostavením vlády Českej republiky.
